in October, 2005 by personal recommendation. The

I have struggled with my weight most of my life
and it got more and more out of control until I

Hi, my name is Cawetha Mitchell and I had
weight loss surgery in February 07. I had a
Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy, where the
stomach is made to resemble a small banana
because 75-80% is removed. My recovery was
