I feel like I've
been reborn. I'm a brand new person since my surgery Sept 12, 2008. It was six
weeks ago I've lost 26 lbs.
I owe it all to two very special people. My surgeon Dr Jaime Ricardo Ramos-Kelly
and his American Coordinator Cindy Gerbers. With Dr Kelly's clinic in Tijuana,
Mexico it has been very important to have a coordinator from the US.

my struggle with obesity in the 2nd grade. I clearly remember
having to go to the boys "husky" section of sears to buy my
pants. I remained chubby until my 1990 graduation and began
adding on the pounds every year. At that time I was around
230lbs.

Well I
can't say enough nice things about my Surgeon and his staff.
First of all let me say when we arrived at the Airport a
gentleman met us we were loaded in a Van and taken to the
Office, about 20 min drive no problems at all. Next, we met the
Surgeon and his staff and they treated us like we were family.

What a
difference the right surgeon can make. I was frighted to go some
distance and have such serious surgery as VSG performed on me
when I'm afraid of doctors to begin with. From the time my
advocate, Cindy, met be at the San Diego airport, I started
feeling more relaxed. .
